Your builder has partnered with Chateau Interiors & Design so you have the advantage of working with our professional interior designers to select your standard options when available, stylize your home with upgrades, and make customized selections if you wish.

Getting started is easy. The first step is preparing for your design studio appointment. In most cases a Chateau representative will contact you within 48 hours of signing your new home purchase agreement to set your appointment. Typically, it will take place Tuesday through Friday at the model you have selected.

In all, please plan to attend approximately two to five additional appointments with your designer. This will vary depending on the stage the home is in when you purchase and the level of personalization you incorporate into your new home. Remember, we are here to serve you! Ultimately your satisfaction with your completed home will be in direct proportion to your involvement and participation with Chateau Interiors & Design.
