We recognize that our clients include both, the new home builder and the new home buyer. We also recognize the importance of managing the selection process for the buyer in a way that is consistence with maintaining the builder’s best interest by creating a new home environment that has a broad appeal, in case that home returns to market.

We have a staff of experienced design consultants who assist buyers in creating homes that will include a blend of color, texture and style while making professional recommendations to enhance the value of their home. Our design consultants take into consideration the buyer’s personal lifestyle preferences and budgets while maintaining an understanding that the home actually is owned by the builder until the escrow closes.

We were among the first in our industry to institute an array of technologically advanced web and Internet-based methods to assist new home buyers in the selection of options and interior design features. These include Studio Chateau^TM, an innovative options management software system that assists both the builder and the buyer in managing all the available options and allow them to preview their choices, so that they may accurately budget for upgrades and customized selections. Additionally, Chateau has partnered with Design Center Solutions, another innovative software system that helps educate and prepare the buyer for the design process and their expected level of participation. These software systems work together to provide a seamless experience for the buyer.

We manage each community at the lot level and work closely with the builder’s purchasing agent, sales team, field superintendents and escrow coordinators for smooth and timely closings.

We also work closely with model coordinators assisting with product selections for your models that are appropriate for the buyer profile of a specific community. In doing this, we create an opportunity for the homebuyer to realistically purchase and afford what is shown in the model home. Our purchasing power allows us to offer very competitive pricing that compares to the “big box” companies.
